History and Health
The VCU History and Health Program is designed to build a collective understanding of VCU Health and VCU’s history to create a more inclusive institutional culture that will help to close the gaps in health outcomes. It is a forum for all to learn, reflect and impact the future of healthcare. We offer online learning modules, events, panel discussions, and symposiums that provide opportunities for engagement and dialog.
History and Health events, educational content, and annual symposia are co-created by the Office of Health Initiatives and the Health Humanities Lab at the Humanities Research Center.
